Names generated using FantasyNames.app are provided for free and may be used in your personal or commercial projects — including novels, games, tabletop campaigns, screenplays, and other creative works — without attribution.

We do not claim copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights over the generated names. However, we cannot guarantee that a generated name does not coincidentally match an existing trademark or copyrighted term. It is your responsibility to verify names before commercial use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service at high volume.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content intended to harass, defame, or harm others.
